September Brown Bag Lunch

Join MAHC on September 16th from 12:30pm-1:30pm for a review of the new Tenant/Landlord laws that will take effect in Maryland starting October 1st.  This training is intended to prepare property managers and owners to implement these new laws, including a review of the revised Tenant Bill of Rights for 2026, new tenant screening requirements and limits on credit and criminal background checks.
