Affordable Housing Finance 201: Bond Finance Training

Join us for the second course in our LIHTC Financing Training Series - Bond Financing 201.  During this session we will delve into more complex bond financing structures and compare short term bonds, long term bonds, and risk share deals.  Presenters include lenders and affordable housing consultants who will discuss how public and private funds work, an experienced bond attorney, and a housing developer who can provide insight on structuring and closing multifamily bond deals in 2026. Topics to include increasingly complex capital stacks and available sources of funding, rising costs and volatile interest rates and the transition to the 25% test.
