Join us on December 11, 2020 from 12 – 1:30 pm for a special event we're co-hosting with the Community Development Network to learn more about the changes being made for the 2021 Legislative Session to keep everyone safe and strategies we can all use to successfully advocate for our affordable housing and community development priorities in this new virtual environment.  Engagement with legislators will completely change next year, so we have invited several legislators to share their thoughts on how they have been staying in touch with their constituents during the Pandemic and how we can make our voices heard virtually during the 2021 Legislative Session.  We will also review the new guidelines that were recently released by the House Speaker and Senate President and learn more about what to expect in Annapolis next session from an industry insider.

Panelists Include:

-Delegate Kumar Barve, Chairman, House Environment & Transportation Committee
-Senator Sarah Elfreth, Senate Budget & Tax Committee Member
-Delegate Brooke Lierman, House Environment & Transportation Committee Member
-Ann Ciekot, Public Policy Partners
-Pam Bender, Mass. Assoc. of Community Development Corps.

Bring your lunch, sit at your computer, and join us virtually for this timely event!
