Community Development Support Collaborative has partnered with Howard University to provide technical assistance, training and capacity building grants for small and medium sized non profits operating in the District of Columbia. The program - "Upgrade for Uplift" (UFU) focuses on leadership development, organizational development, program development, and community engagement. The Community Development Support Collaborative (the "Collaborative") provides capacity building grants, technical assistance, and training for selected neighborhood-based community development corporations (CDCs), nonprofit housing developers and technical assistance providers engaged in the preservation and production of affordable housing in Washington DC.
